Holy Crap!!! It has been forever since i've even looked at blogs, let alone update my own.... i'm suprised they still let me have one :) and can i say WOW!! have things happened since i was on here last! (I can blame this on a little connection called Facebook :) Where to even begin... last blog was the end of last summer... which was the start of my new life! So here is the last year in somewhat of a nutshell...
Hunting season has came and gone... and this was my first EVER trophey! It was so much fun and better yet... i shot it in my backyard :)... well i lured it in you could say from my backyard and became friends with it, then when it came time for us to part... i went under the dugway and... it was traggic for my buddy, but a good day for the almighty hunter :)

And thanks to my dad's BFF :) Stacey Maxfield, i owe this one to him!! I had a blast on this hunt and, it was by far the funnest adventure yet... (in the hunting category)! When my dad called me at 6:30 in the morning and told me Stacey had a track, the dogs were on the go and we better get our... Butts... up there! I was on the move! It took about an hour for the dogs to tree the cat, and we only walked half a mile to where they were, and let me tell you.. coming up on a GIANT (my adrenaline was pumpin)... might not as been as giant.... mountain lion sitting in a tree staring down at you, not knowing he is so much more powerful than you, waiting to be my next trophey :) and Better yet get this... as soon i shot him, he attacked the branch sitting in front of him and got stuck up in the dang tree!!! So Stacey climbed up the tree and down came the kitty! AwEsOmE hUnT!!!!!!....

Winter finally came around and me and Aaron had been dating about this time for 5 months, and a few days before Christmas he proposed!!! It was so exciting and we got married February 6th 2010!!!

We had a very casual wedding but so much fun! My boys wore what makes them feel comfortable... cowboy hats, wranglers and boots, so my little man had to fit the part :) I had a camo dress and instead of walking down the isle to a romantic song... we literally boogied down the isle to Even Cowboys Like Rock n' Roll!... Thank you Chris LeDoux :) it was so much fun!!!

Shortly after our wedding on February 17th, my little man turned 1!!!!! So crazy how time has flown and what has happened within a years time. He has truly been a blessing in my life and i wouldn't be where i'm at today with such a wonderful husband and amazing family, without having him! I'm so lucky to be his mother and i wouldn't trade anything in the world to have gone through what i did to have him in my life! ... and he cleary enjoyed his birthday :)

Summer is right around the corner... well i start to think that and then it snows... but we started out doing a lot of riding, so when summer actually comes we will continue to get out and enjoy the wonderful weather!!!... and as of last Tuesday we are the proud owners of our own 7 acres and can't wait to build our own home!! Its going to be so exciting when we get to that point! So now that i'm somewhat updated on what's been going on in our life... maybe when i get around to updating again.... it will be next year and i'll start all over :)

It has been one CrAzY week!! Started Monday morning, we decided since we were all home... we were ready to rock and roll on over to the new house! We moved almost everything from one to the other in roughly a days time. We still have odds and ends and crap i really don't want to go get over at 5th East (i'm terrified of spiders and i know there is going to be tons in the stupid shed!) but for the most part we have the whole place remodeled already and set in nice and cozy :) The house is so nice and we could have moved right in and wouldn't have had to do anything to make it liveable... but peach walls... and wallpaper!!! Grrrrr... we are so over wallpaper!

Thursday morning we were going to start painting the whole house and knock it out in a weekend... and my luck i woke up with a freakin swollen sore sore wrist! (and i really wasn't trying to get out of it :) I ended up making a quick trip to the ER and found out i have a sweet little blood clot in my arm!! Sucks cause i'm allergic to common blood thinners like asprin!! So the doctor put me on some medication for a few days and luckily the swelling went down, so i had to take it easy... darn no painting for me ;)

I couldn't be more happy to have my bed back!!! :O i have been sleeping on a futon for the last few months and now that i have it back with me.... ahhhh... sleep again, escpecially since Gavin sleeps through the whole night, its FaBuLoUs!! We got alot done in little time and Gavin had so much fun with Grandma and Grandpa... Thanks! Love you guys!!

Love this boy so much! I don't know if its possible to love him anymore than i already do but every day i seem to find a new reason to fall in love with him over and over! Went from my little 4 pounder to now a whoppin 12 pounds... woot woot for my little man! He's growing so fast and changing everyday!

You can't help but not love Gage :) He is getting huge! Finally did get a hair cut, and as cute as could be! I think this little chunck is weighing in around 16-17 pounds!!

I think i'd have fun with a toy like this too!

A typical Sunday afternoon for us... we didn't do much (as far as getting ready, i look terrible in all the pictures :) but at the same time we actually did alot today. The weather was so nice... alomst in the 90's and no wind! yipee!! so we went to the school next to our house for awhile and played some basketball, I can't say WOW enough, its been awhile... so i rode Sabrina's stylish bike around... Its totally 70's but so comfy to ride, huge seat compared to those tiny skinny ones that ride up your butt, foam all the way up the handle bars, and a cute little basket to hold your goodies!... I'll be getting mine soon!... thanks to Grandma L. :)

While we played around and rode our bikes, sweet little Gavin took a nap in the shade being the perfect little guy he always is! xoxo baby Gav!

After our BBQ we played with the dogs for awhile... Bailey is so much fun to play with, she's like playing hide and seek with a little kid. Wayson locks her in the bedroom and hides her ball somewhere in the house, and the second he lets her out her beagle sense's are in action.. she sniffed one out once in a coat pocket hanging on the coat rack! Its so funny... and since they just got hard wood floor down there hall its fun to wing her ball down there and watch her haul butt to the other end and forget she has no traction so she just slams into the wall... what would we do without our dogs :)We jaunted on over to the other school to play tennis when it started cooling down and try to get our little bit of exercise in for the day! I suck so bad.. thought i was good after playing so much wii tennis...pffffff... ya right! I'll stick to mario cart!

And back to sleep my little fella went. I think he's going through a growth spurt because recently i feed him about 10 or 11 before i go to bed and he did sleep through the whole night til about 7 for a couple nights... then i feed him every 3 hours during the day and he usually sleeps... or sits around and giggles looking at everything in amuzment...when he's not eating. I couldn't be any luckier with such a sweet loving baby!!!

Only two weeks until we move... super excited, but sure am going to miss all the fun on 5th East like today :) Good thing Sabrina and Wayson's new place has a giant field right next to it... WATCH OUT... ultimate frisbee players on the way! ha ha, another thing i could use practice at.

Summer is one of my most favorite season's... other than fall, spring, and winter :) Ecspecially in Salt Lake right now because its the most perfect weather, not to hot yet and not chilly anymore... just perfect for a Bee's Game! You can't beat watching a game (that i'm not actually interested in) its just fun to go for like 5 dollars, hanging out on the grass with a good ol' ballpark hot dog and a snow cone! Its very relaxing actually, and it will be so much fun when Gavin is a little bigger to where he can be running around with his little mit playing catch with us :) i'm loving so much his baby stage but can hardly wait to hear him talk and be big enough to play with!! i'm so excited, he just gets funner and funner everyday! We usually make it to alot of Bee's games during the summer, and its a nice get away for the night when we have nothing else to do. This was our first game of the season! Go Bee's! There was a tiny breeze outside so i didn't get Gavin out of the stroller, he was too warm and sleeping so peacefully, so i just let the little man be, he's such a good baby! Love him so much!

I just moved back to Salt Lake with Sabrina and Wayson a couple weeks ago... alomst 6 years ago this house was considered the "Animal House"... i guess since 4 college boys lived here ;)... that was until Sabrina moved in and added some girly touch, it makes a world of differnce when a girl is around :) sorry boys... When i graduated high school we moved in with them until we found an apartment... then the last few months before i graduated college i moved back in with them again... and i'm back for a few weeks and now were moving to a new house! We are all very excited! This house is really nice but the location is a little rough... what some may call the ghetto :) So here's to the "Animal House"... See ya later!... As for Sabrina and Wayson's new purchase...

May 23rd they get the keys, so as soon as we can get in, were re-painting all the rooms and ripping down wall paper... fun :) and Wayson has got the intention that those beautiful trimmed hedges are first to go! :) Were all looking forward to summer bbq's and new neighbors!

Mugzee was my little baby until i had Gavin and ever since... i've kinda avoided the little guy... Grandma and Grandpa Wight have been babysitting the dogs so i haven't seen him much lately, but he's the sweetest dog in the world!! Other than Madison of course... my other dog :) I got him 2 Christmas's ago when i lived in Salt Lake... he's a pug yorkie... not sure really what kind of dog he is called, but he turned out to be a cute combo!... He has the face of a pug, and the body and energy of a yorkie all the way! He started out so tiny...

He always fell into his toy basket trying to get something out... :)And now my sweet little hairless sleeping puppy has turned into an out of control hellian!!! I wish i had an updated photo of him because he's almost so ugly that's he cute... but i just think he's adorable! His hair was almost literally 2 inches long and out of control... it was almost starting to dred! and he had these crazy bangs coming over his eyes... almost like the grinch... he could barley see out of them :) ... He just got a hair cut though, so he looks nice and trimmed... kinda... the lady had a hard time because he wouldn't hold still after two sessions... so he's a little jagged up... i'll have to post one soon when i can get one.
Muggers has got the cutest personality too... ever since he was little he has been my shadow... When i use to have to work at 6 in the morning, i would wake up at like 5:15 and usually go start my car, and when i'd come back in, he was always waiting at the door for me, then he would go lay down on the bathroom rug while i got ready, giving me some company :) and i would put him back in the bed when i left and he would go right back to sleep. And other than his attitude that he could conquer the world and is 10 feet tall, he got along really well with all the other dogs in our family.... thank goodness!!!

Were very fortunate to have two healthy great... and great great grandparents in our family, there old and still going strong... but that means we have 5 generations! :) I'm so glad we got this picture taken because its such a keep sake and can't say it happens too often... Starts with my great Grandma Vi and Grandpa Rex Birch, then Grandpa Dee... Mom... Me and Brady... then Gager and Gavin.

Oh where to begin with little Gager :) I honestly would have to say i have the cutest nephew ever! Alyssa has got such cute pictures on her facebook and myspace but for you in the blog world... Aunt Lyndee's got it covered! He is growing so fast... everywhere... i think his hair grows an inch every time i see him, and it will not lay down! It is straight in the air and cute as could be... almost looks like a doo a who would wear from whoville!! so cute :) and he is such a little spitfire, more power to Lys and Brady... Ok Alyssa... because i think Brady is getting what he deserves for how terrible of a baby he was! I just can't get enough of his big blue eyes, wild and crazy hair, hoarse little voice and out of control wiggles :) he's so much fun.

This was the day after he was born... his hair was so dark then and he's changed so much! But what a cutie!!

My little guy has got some catching up to do... but he's on his way! Gage and Gavin are 6 weeks apart... and this was on St. Patricks day... "Mommy's little charms" :)

Perfect in Every Way!!

Little Gavin wasn't due until March 20th origionally... But didn't quiet make it and came February 17th. He is my little miracle baby! I started going into labor on the 15th...(while at the cabin...in the mountains!) I didn't know what i was suppose to be feeling for... and why would i need to know then, i still had a month??? so when i told my mom that morning i'd been having weird cramps all night long, she didn't hesitate... we made it to the Evanston hospital from Meeks Cabin in about 30 minutes... on that stupid bumpy road over by the windmills and governed out the truck a couple times going down the sisters :) My contractions were about 6 minutes apart so they gave me an IV and tried stopping them with the pills... i went home with those and took them until i was out and they kept on coming! So we went back to hospital Monday night and they started using the shots on top of the pills because i'd already had complications up to this point and lost about 12 pounds so we knew he was going to be really tiny if he came now. Sweet little fella was ready to come though, i kept dilating... and for those of you who go natural... more power to you! I was set on doing it but i was in labor way to long and after the epideral i was so relaxed... good thing too because i was at a stinkin 9 for 5 hours!! Then finally they broke my water at like 12:30 p.m. and literally 5 minutes later, he came all at once, all 3 pounds 12 ounces! My pediatrician was in the room with us because no one knew really what to expect, but he was so perfect in every way! They put him on oxygen for the first few days to help open up his lungs and an IV of antibiotics for any possible infections... but didn't have any and i think like after 4 or 5 days, they weined him off the oxygen slowly and he didn't have to go back on.

I had a really hard time the first week and half because he had oxygen, IV, body temp, and heart monitor cords coming from him, so i couldn't go far from the warmer to love on him with all these things coming from him! But i couldn't have asked for better nurses and doctors, they were so caring and made us feel so welcome, since we lived there a month :) ... they finally gave me the code to get into the nursery so someone didn't have to let me in every time, ha ha.

He had jondas (not sure how to spell that) for about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks on and off, so he got to suntan here and there with his sweet shades :)... i so wish i knew what he was thinking in this picture! It was hard to comprehend to see actually how small he was so we used my dad's giant hands to compare :) and yes those are tiny preemie diapers up to his armpits!... He didn't have to wear clothes for the first month of his life!

He was so perfect and the main reason after the first week that we stayed there for 3 weeks... that sounds confusing... was for him to gain weight. Dr. Ching told me i would have to wait until he was 5 pounds to go home, but he was doing so great, we got to go home at 4! Overall though, He is the greatest joy in my life, and there is no way to explain love at first sight and how much they mean to you! Thanks to everyone who supported us and came to visit while we were in the hospital, we really appreciate it! And for having to stay there almost a month....
He wasn't too distressed about it :)

Then last year Chris and Lucy joined the crew...

It is so much fun getting away for a week and listening to country music...concert after

concert... laying by the pool... shopping and soaking up the sun! can't get much better than that :)

We had to go to the eye doctor today at primary childrens, and were there for 2 stinkin hours for a guy to look at him with a mag lamp for 2 seconds and say he looks fine!... ugh!... but i'm glad my little guy has normal eyes :)... and It was so much fun to see my friends from school, good to catch up on the times! ... i don't know if i'm going to stick with this blog thing, its hard to find things to talk about... but i'm sure when Gavin gets a little bigger and busy, i'll have lots going on! so i'll stick with it for awhile :)
